ERP Business Analyst

The ERP Business Analyst will have a hand in all aspects of the configuration, maintenance, training and continual improvement of our ERP software. As an ERP Business Analyst you will analyze user needs and perform functional analysis on a variety of projects.

Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare custom reports using SQL data administration system software
  • Assist in directing a cross-functional team in the learning, training, and implementation of MSFT NAV
  • Aid users in all aspect of ERP system use
  • Develop use case, design specification, and testing scenarios
  • Work cross-functionally with managerial staff to develop a business case for additional software development
  • Direct the configuration and function of ERP systems; provide technical support for ERP and software issues
  • Oversee the system daily and respond promptly to resolve help desk concerns
  • Upgrade systems to improve functionality and resolve security issues, and manage infrastructure
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years of direct experience in ERP administration in a manufacturing setting and with SQL database administration
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate technical terms and concepts with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as: SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI is a plus
