Job Description



  • Advise senior management and guide them on matters that affect the company’s HR compliance, organizational development, human capital, and corporate culture.
  • Create and implement HR policies and that are fair and legal while communicating with senior management to ensure legal compliance initiatives are followed.
  • Encourage progress to talent acquisition and management, succession planning, organizational development programs, and training and development.
  • Handle legal issues related to HR issues.
  • Make certain all employees receive pertinent HR information.
  • Develop HR budget by predicting trends, variances, and requirements, and comply to budgetary guidelines.
  • Seek out talent within the company and externally and identify talent gaps, competency, and knowledge and implement programs addressing any existing gaps.
  • Resolve and provide mediation for any employee relation issues.
  • Create an employee benefit system
  •  Manage performance and annual compensation policies that relate pay with individual performance.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or Business
  • Functional HR Generalist expertise
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR in a corporate environment
  • At least 7 years of experience in people management with experience acting as a business partner
  • Competent in building and maintaining relationships with management and employees
  • Competent in managing complex HR projects
  • Understanding of laws governing human resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well versed in labor relations and possession of the business acumen
  • Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maturity in maintaining high levels of confidentiality
  • Capable of addressing problems and negotiating appropriate outcomes
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally to different company locations


Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Master’s degree with HR functional certification
  • SPHR or PHR certification
