They use LINQ, SQL Server and DB2 Queries and stored procedures. If you have an understanding of SSIS and familiarity using XML/XSLTthat will be beneficial. This organization developes in web services so experience in using WCF or WebAPI is ideal. They are also developing web services using JSON and SOA. Other areas that are helpful to know are object oriented development (OOP/OOD) using the C#.NET or VB.NET . If you have an uderstanding of GIT, ASP.NET and WebAPI all the better.
