Job Description

Our client company is seeking someone who is passionate about developing software and has the focus to create effective solutions to complex problems. They are seeking someone who demonstrates strong reasoning skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, developing, designing, and monitoring various software products. You will also be in charge of providing technical assistance to IS staff and clients. Another aspect of this position is providing second and third tier support as well as administration and maintenance for enterprise platforms.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of additional 1 or more years of experience as an administrator of ITSM software (such as ServiceNow, HEAT, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, etc.).
  • JavaScript experience.
  • Competence writing scripts, packages and functions, as needed to support the application. Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality that automate routine tasks being done in ServiceNow.
  • Experience providing advanced troubleshooting for the ServiceNow application.
  • Experience managing the life-cycle of the ServiceNow platform.
  • At least one year of experience in Information Systems is preferred as well as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
