Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Explore and incorporate solutions to determine developmental and architectural opportunities
  • Devise architectural diagrams to record present and impending states for systems
  • Coordinate team meetings and offer technical guidance to management
  • Ensure that all software is running efficiently and smoothly
  •  Guide and instruct developers when needed
  • Create, cultivate, and record team processes and progression

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field; or equivalent work experience
  • At least six years of experience in ESB multiplatform software development, web, and integration
  • At least several years of experience as a technical manager and in developing application architecture
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Background in working in an advanced enterprise environment
  • Capable of understanding business processes into technical specifications

Preferred Skills & Experience (Not Required)

  • Master’s degree
  • Architecture certificate
  • Integration or ESB certificate
