Explore and incorporate solutions to determine developmental and architectural opportunities
Devise architectural diagrams to record present and impending states for systems
Coordinate team meetings and offer technical guidance to management
Ensure that all software is running efficiently and smoothly
Guide and instruct developers when needed
Create, cultivate, and record team processes and progression
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field; or equivalent work experience
At least six years of experience in ESB multiplatform software development, web, and integration
At least several years of experience as a technical manager and in developing application architecture
Proficient communication skills
Background in working in an advanced enterprise environment
Capable of understanding business processes into technical specifications
Preferred Skills & Experience (Not Required)
Integration or ESB certificate
