Your malleability, analytical prowess, and strategic mindset will be the keys to success in this role. Owning the workflows in your department, being able to quickly assess project development and performance data is a necessary skill. As Leadership Project Manager, your responsibilities include daily interaction with researchers, clinicians, stakeholders, educators, and team members; promoting inter-departmental communication and collaboration.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Project Management, or a similar field. At least three years of experience in healthcare project management is required, and a background in an academic medical setting is preferred.
