Job Description

As Demand Planning Manager, you will be the head honcho of Sales & Operations Planning. Your sharp analytical skills will provide the best utilization of resources, based on forecasts and budget. Your initiatives will drive company metrics and business strategy. The Planning Manager will take market data, statistics, industry trends, and inventory patterns into consideration when making decisions, then track results for further analysis. Managerial responsibilities include creating development plans for your team and keeping them accountable for results.

 

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience as a planning manager. Additionally, applicants must be comfortable with SAP/ERP forecasting systems and PC forecasting software. A Master’s Degree and APICS certification is preferred.
