As our client’s Commodity Manager, you will supervise all aspects associated with commodity purchasing. Applying your knowledge of the market and business acumen, your team will execute approved purchase strategies, track supplier performance and quality, and complete improvement initiatives for suppliers and sourcing. Ideal candidates will be product knowledge experts, with proven sourcing success in an enterprise environment. This role also includes a leadership aspect, including training, delegation, guidance, and workflow management.
To be considered for this position, all applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years’ experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
