IS Business Analysis Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for the implementation of technical project analysis such as process modeling, operational flow, and business processes impacted by technology. Other duties include making certain team members are following protocol and meeting expectations regarding performance and metrics/benchmarks.

Job Description

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Strongly lead business analyst professionals.
  • Gather first-class business requirements, assess operational flows, conduct interviews and meetings, define process models, and organize large group sessions.
  • Communicate with other business functions and IS processes to make certain they are able to leverage the benefits implemented by the business analysis processes.
  • Lead and guide team members in educating them how to properly adhere to company policy and be in charge of compensation, hiring, performance reviews, and discipline.
  • Collaborate with service delivery to produce operational excellence in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Be involved in resource augmentation, relationship building with outside teams, and budget formation.
  • Make certain that team members have appropriate resources to complete projects and that all projects are delivered in a quality, timely manner.
  • Be committed to advancing and defining the best practices responsibilities, guidelines, standards, and roles for the business analysis discipline.
  • Make certain that requirements for applications are in compliance with enterprise architecture.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of Information Systems experience (including 3+ years in a management position and 2+ years performing business analysis work
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite in addition to Outlook/Exchange and Visio
  • Proficient communication skills and knowledge of contemporary requirements analysis, verifications, elicitation, specification and management practices
  • Understanding of enterprise requirements within several months of hire
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management/systems and SDLC familiarity
