In this position you will aid in the web-based marketing and practice development initiatives including CRM, web marketing, and social media tools. The Web and CRM Specialist will analyze metrics to measure email marketing campaigns and assist with web event and other content postings, and supporting online marketing.

Job Responsibilities include:
Lead business requests ensuring on time delivery and that projects remain within budget
Assist stakeholders to identify technology inefficiency and request for new tech implementations and improvements
Work cross functionally with department managerial staff to outline scope, budget, and supply needs that forward business goals
Analyze requirements and create high-level solution focused execution plans for technical resources
Oversee the development and implementation of test cases for business and IT resources
Work cross functionally with IT team to develop rollout plans
Serve as a subject matter expert for area applications to the business and IT staff
Lead training efforts and provide ongoing support for end-users of web, email marketing, CRM, and related platforms
Troubleshoot web, email, and CRM issues efficiently with technical teams to resolve issues promptly
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or Business
3+ years of IT experience in an IT project manager or business analyst role
3+ years of direct experience in web, CRM, and email marketing platform management
Proficient knowledge of web-based analytics tools, social media management platforms, web-based testing tools, and presentation skills/software
Ability to document technical processes into non technical terms
Project management certification preferred
Familiarity with Social Media Management Platforms
Ability to work closely with team members in different time zones
