Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a strong, experienced leader who is skilled in management and can proficiently collaborate with fellow managers to oversee product activities, from the brainstorming process of a new product all the way to post completion analysis. Your duties will include performing analyses for gross margin improvements and product mix optimization, as well as overseeing the preparation, assembly, and delivery of advertising and marketing materials.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with fellow managers to brainstorm marketing materials related to new product launches. Keep sell sheets, brand resource center materials, catalogs, and price lists up to date.
  • Assist fellow managers with creating product guidelines including time lines, technology, development costs, etc...
  • Create proposals after completing thorough research on behaviors and trends that can be translated to business opportunities.
  • Perform competitive and business analysis with the purpose of gaining a comprehensive knowledge of segment, consumer, competitive, an product trends.
  • Carry out activities with the purpose of conveying costs, product features, and future plans for broader category and brand terms.


  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in marketing
  • 1-3 years sales or marketing experience
  • Willingness and desire to learn
  • Proficient communication skills and an attention to detail
  • Willingness and desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
