You will lead the Project Management Office in the design and implementation of MMIS modules for their Medicaid healthcare strategies. The PMO Project Manager is responsible for driving compliance and accountability with their team, possessing a results-driven commitment to success. You will be responsible for monitoring project outcomes, such as risk identification and issue resolution, to guarantee that systems are up to date and efficient. If you have sharp critical thinking skills, can quickly evaluate the effectiveness of a project, and don’t shy away from making decisions, you’ll find success in this role.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, as well as experience with MMIS implementation and QA / IV&V. You should have a minimum of 5 years’ field experience in state government IT projects, and knowledge of Medicaid systems.
