Associate Channel Manager
Summary

In this position, your efforts will support the development of marketing programs and promotions in retail. You will manage projects and ensure that crucial marketing initiatives meet our sales and profit objectives and are completed in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities may also include technical sales support, product promotion, directing the development of company marketing requirements for the previously mentioned product line.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as project manager; produce strategic off-shelf promos for customers and channels to drive profit
  • Orchestrate collaboration efforts between teams in sales, marketing, operations, purchasing, finance, and other teams as needed
  • Use the online and shelf retail environment to develop merchandising solutions to improve the shopper experience
  • Work in collaboration with Sales team to develop strategic presentations for key stakeholders; provide necessary content including samples and graphs
  • Assist the project management department by tracking project milestones, maintaining proper documentation of the status of each project, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Accommodate new product marketing plans by developing sales and marketing materials related to said product

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field;
  • Strong communication skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong project management skills; ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously required
  • Strong analytical skills including demonstrated aptitude with financial analysis and ability to generate insight from large data sets
